When using the online payment portal, clients are responsible for entering and submitting the correct payment amount specified on their invoice or otherwise provided by MEDZ LLC.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. MEDZ LLC does not directly store complete payment card information submitted through a third-party payment processor.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to the MEDZ LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy and any terms established for the specific engagement.

Because consulting services may involve time, research, preparation, analysis, or other work performed specifically for a client, eligibility for a refund may depend on the status and circumstances of the engagement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for their own business, financial, real estate, operational, and other decisions and for determining whether recommendations or strategies are appropriate for their circumstances.

7. No Guarantee of Results
MEDZ LLC provides consulting, advisory, analysis, and strategic guidance. No particular business result, financial outcome, project result, profitability level, investment return, or other specific outcome is guaranteed.

Results may depend on numerous factors outside the control of MEDZ LLC.

8. Professional Services Disclaimer
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, MEDZ LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, brokerage, engineering, architectural, or other licensed professional services.

Clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals when such services are required.

9. Intellectual Property
