1. Customized Consulting Services
MEDZ LLC provides customized consulting and strategic advisory services. Because each engagement may involve client-specific planning, research, analysis, preparation, meetings, or other work, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and status of the individual engagement.

2. Cancellations Before Services Begin
If a client wishes to cancel an engagement before consulting services or substantive preparation have begun, the client should contact MEDZ LLC as soon as possible.

Any refund of amounts already paid will be determined based on work performed, costs incurred, and the terms established for the engagement.

3. Cancellations After Services Have Begun
Once services, research, preparation, analysis, meetings, or other work associated with an engagement have begun, amounts attributable to work already performed are generally non-refundable.

If an engagement is canceled before all agreed services are completed, MEDZ LLC will review the engagement and determine whether any unused prepaid amount is eligible for refund.

4. Completed Services
Fees for consulting services that have already been performed or completed are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing by MEDZ LLC.

5. Deposits and Advance Payments
Any deposit, retainer, or advance payment requirements will be communicated before payment. The applicable agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written terms may specify whether a particular deposit or payment is refundable.

6. Payment Errors
If you believe you submitted an incorrect payment amount, duplicate payment, or other payment in error through the MEDZ LLC payment portal, contact MEDZ LLC promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

7. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through an appropriate available payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.

8. Engagement-Specific Terms
Certain consulting engagements may have cancellation or refund terms specific to that engagement. If those terms are provided in an agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written communication, those engagement-specific terms will apply to the extent they differ from this general policy.
